Picked by our collective group on a trip down to KY in January, this 3yr rye is showing notes of peppermint and coca on the nose without a ton of heat. Smooth full mouth body to it with a slightly oily texture. Eucalyptus and mint balance out the rye spice. The finish lingers on leaving a soft but dry note behind. Beautifully complex, every sip brings you back looking for more notes and flavors. Great for sipping, but will be even better for your favorite Manhattan or Old Fashioned recipe!
